Our Adult classes are aimed at anyone over the age of 12.
These classes are designed to deliver the contents of the curriculum, whislt also having a large focus on fitness. This really is a great class to lose weight, get fit, meet new people and learn a new skill all at the same time!
The specially designed syllabus encourages dedication and perserverance, teaching students how to overcome obstacles to reach higher goals, whilst also encouraging mental and physical development. This ensures that each of our classes is exciting and energetic, but maintains the structure and informative nature of martial arts.
Ensuring to deliver the skillset to work through the syllabus, we also endeavour to educate our adult students in respect, determination, self-control and discipline. This, mixed with rigorous workouts and controlled punching and kicking is a sure way to release any built up stress, helping any frustration or anger you may have.
We also ensure that your flexibility, fitness, strength and agility improves, as well as physical and mental endurance, co-ordination and balance too.
