Teens & Adults

Our Teen and Adult classes are a high-energy, practical, and motivating way to learn modern kickboxing at any level of experience. Whether you’re looking to improve fitness, learn self-defense, build confidence, or work towards grading and techniques, TMMA provides a structured and progressove pathway.

Training includes padwork, partner drills, controlled sparring, footwork, striking combinations, fitness conditioning, and technical development. Every session is built around clear coaching points so students always know what they’re learning and why.

Beginners are always welcome! The classes are supportive, ego-free, and taught at a pace that helps everyone progress safely and confidently. Advanced students are continually challenged with more complex drills, sparring strategies, and leadership opportunites. 

Our instructors are highly trained, fully DBS checked, and committed to helping every student reach their goals, whether that’s improving fitness, earning belts, or developing as a martial artist long term.
